It's a great shot, good use of shade and colors, it's just that I hate bugs....

You have the speciality to give tones and ambiance we would never wait for with a subject. This is a sooo dramatic light for a bug. I like it! I like also the movement of that bug, it's like looking at the windows, saying hello to his friend from outside...

i acctually look for that kind of light and ambiace :p and then i look for a subject thats in that light :p a whole other approach :p but it work easier :p less grey photos :p

The first thing I remembered when I saw this photo was the "Tom & Jerry" cartoon. In one of the episodes, both Tom and Jerry keep puking out of the window after drinking Castor oil... I think this bug is also doing the same... :D

Anyways my thanks and congrats for making people like what they hate - the bugs!!!
